At PickUp Patrol, we take your privacy seriously. School data is only used for its intended purpose and within the scope of the PickUp Patrol application. We do not sell student, parent, staff, or school data, and we do not use private data for advertising.

PickUp Patrol uses security safeguards such as controlled safeguarded access, encryption protections, secure cloud hosting, ongoing security review, incident response procedures, and documented data retention practices.

STUDENT DATA PRIVACY ALLIANCE/TEC
For school districts in MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, RI, VT & VA that are TEC STEPA members, we utilize a multi-state version of the Student Data Privacy Consortium’s National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA), which articulates the vendor duties and responsibilities required to protect student data in compliance with all applicable federal and state privacy statutes.
